Tempura Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Milk
2 3/4 c Flour
2 tb Cornstarch
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2 Beaten eggs
4 c Oil
2 1/4 lb Prawn shrimp (peeled &
Deveined)

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend milk, 3/4 cup flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, eggs & 2
Tbls. oil into a smooth batter. Heat remaining oil to 375. Dip shrimp
into remaining flour, then into batter. Cook in oil 2 1/2-3 minutes.
Serve hot.
