INSTRUCTIONS
Recipe by: "Michael E. Kinneer" <mkinner@LEX.ULTRANET.COM> Open the mussels
by steaming them along with the basil and green onions.
Blend the ingredients for the sauce with enough warm water to make a dippin
sauce and serve with the mussels.
