INGREDIENTS

2 Garlic cloves or 1 clove
Elephant garlic
1 c Basil, fresh — loosely
Packed
1 c Italian parsley, fresh
Loosely packed
1/4 c Celery leaves, fresh
Loosely packed
2 tb Chives — fresh
1 pk Tofu — silken (10.5 oz)
2 tb Lemon juice — fresh
1 tb Olive oil — extra virgin
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper — freshly
Ground

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and
cop untilfine and thoroughly mixed.
Addthe remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
Good as a spread, a dip, or a pasta filling.
