INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
1 1/3 c Milk
1 c Cornmeal
2 sm Onions, , chopped
1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1/3 c Bacon drippings, (or oil)
1 cn (12-oz) Whole kernel corn
2 cn (8-oz) Tomato sauce
1 cn (3-1/4 oz) Ripe olives
1 ts Seasoned salt
1 ts Seasoned pepper
3 tb Chili powder, Gebhardts or Mexene
1/2 ts Garlic salt
Grated cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Beat eggs, add milk and cornmeal, mix together
and let stand while preparing the following mixture. Cook onions and ground
beef in fat until onions are transparent and beef loses pink color. Add
corn, tomato sauce, ripe olives and the seasonings. Mix well. Add to
cornmeal mixture and pour into greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with
cheese. Bake for
45    minutes.
