| I cup light fat-free vanilla yogurt | ||
| 1 | c | Skim milk |
| 1 | Banana | |
| 1 | 3" cube of soft tofu | |
| 2 | ts | Sugar |
| 3/4 | c | Blueberries |
| 1 | c | Strawberries |
INSTRUCTIONS
