Turkey Ziti

INGREDIENTS

1 Box (1 lb.) ziti, cooked
1 1/2 lb Ground turkey
2 c Onions, chopped
1 1/2 Jrs Classico Tomato Basil sauce
2 c Mozz. cheese, shredded
1 c Spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c Red wine
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 ts Basil
1 ts Oregano
2 ts Capers
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook ziti according to package directions. In large skillet brown turkey
and onions. Drain. Add garlic, saute for a couple of minutes, and add the
pasta sauce, spices, and wine. Cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in spinach
and capers. Add the drained ziti and place into a large casserole dish. Top
w/ Mozz. Cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until it is bubbly.
This is a fairly quick and easy recipe and serves a lot!
