INGREDIENTS

1 lb Mushrooms
Oil
1/4 c Fried onions (Durkees or Indian)
1/4 c Nutritional yeast
1/4 ts Smoked salt (I skipped this because the boullion powder had enough salt)
Few dashes Vegetable seasoning (unsalted)
Vegetarian "Beef" bouillon powder to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute 1 lb mushrooms in a bit of oil, until lightly browned. Put in blender
or food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Serve with
