INSTRUCTIONS
MANSION BARBECUE SPICE MIX
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place sugar in a medium saucepan and add 4
cups water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add pecans and cook for 5
minutes. Remove nuts and drain. Place nuts in a greased sheet tray and
sprinkle barbecue spice mixture. Place tray in oven and roast for 15
minutes., stirring nuts occasionally. Remove tray from oven and transfer to
smoker. Smoke for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
For mansion barbecue spice mix: Mix all of the ingredients together. Store
in a cool, dry place .
