WATERGATE FROSTING
From: "Sharon H. Frye" <shfrye@PEN.K12.VA.US>

Combine and beat according to the directions on the box of came mix. Pour
into a greased/floured tube or Bundt cake pan. Bake in a preheated 350
degree oven for 35-40 minutes, or until pick inserted near center comes out
clean. Let cool 5 minutes in pan, then remove and cool completely. Frost
with Watergate frosting.
Watergate Frosting: Beat all ingredients together on high speed until
mixture reaches a spreading consistency. Top the watergate cake with the
frosting, and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
Store leftovercake in the refrigerator. This can also be baked in a sheet
cake pan, but baking time must be adjusted.
