INGREDIENTS

1 sm Pistachio Pudding Mix
21 oz Crushed Pineapple *
1 c Miniature Marshmallows
1 c Chopped Walnuts
9 oz Cool Whip

INSTRUCTIONS

* Crushed pineapple should be unsweetened and semi drained.

Mix the instant pudding and the Cool Whip.  Add the pineapple, nuts and
marshmallows.  Stir well.  Serve over lettuce leaves.  From: Syd's
