INSTRUCTIONS

Ssaute garlic in butter until light brown. Spray bottom of pizza pan or
cookie sheet w/non-stick oil; knead dough to fit, or place shell...
Sprinkle cheese on top; drizzle w/olive oil, sprinkle oregano & red pepper
(if desired) on top. Bake @425 until golden brown.
