INGREDIENTS

1 tb Butter
1 tb Flour
1 c Milk
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter and add the flour and stir until blended. Slowly add the milk
and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add seasonings and
