INSTRUCTIONS
Place ingredients in bread machine in order given (or in reverse order if
your machine takes the dry ingredients first).
To make in bread machine: process on whole wheat cycle.
To bake in oven: process on dough cycle. Remove dough, punch down and
shape into loaf. Place in greased bread loaf pan and let rise until
doubled, about one hour. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes. Remove
loaf to cool.
Note: Instead of using 7 grain cereal, you can use 8 grain, 9 grain, 12
grain, etc. -- whatever is available where you shop. You can usually find
this stuff in grocery stores where they have bins with grains, flours, etc.
Option: Add 1/4 sunflower seeds.
