INSTRUCTIONS
Put the wholemeal flour into a bowl, then sift in the all-purpose flour,
bicarbonate of soda and salt. Add the lemon juice to the milk, then mix
into the flour to make a soft dough. Turn the dough on to a floured working
surface and knead gently until smooth. Form into a round about 5 inches and
put on a floured baking sheet. Using a sharp knife, cut a cross halfway
through the dough. Bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 for about 30 mins or until the
bread is golden and sounds hollow. Turn out on to a rack to cool.
