INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter Or Margarine
1 tb Parsley; Chopped
2 tb Lemon Juice
1 1/2 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and then add the remaining
ingredients.  Heat thoroughly and serve over fish or vegetables.
