INGREDIENTS

2 pk (10.5 oz.) of lowfat silken Tofu
1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt or nonfat sour cream
2 pk Dry salad dressing mix ( I used no fat ranch)
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ds Pepper
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Dijon mustard
1 tb Apple cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Also does anyone have a book
with the cooking times for a pressure cooker. I lost mine and someone told
me it was a fast way to cook beans.?
