God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

The biblical method of focusing on the gospel itself, without props, and allowing God to save whom He wills, when He wills, demands the hearing of the Word. And it demands trust that God will call His elect to Himself according to His own timetable. When the Word is preached, there will be varying responses (Acts 17:32-34). Just be faithful to preach the Word…and leave the results to God. He will save His elect according to His own timing.

It’s a radical transformation. It’s not an improved inner man, but a total replacement of the old with the new. So when this new soul seeks its ultimate pleasures in the passing and trivial things that the old soul chased after, it only sets itself up for failure.     • Zesty Oil Free Salad Dressing

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 c Evaporated skimmed milk
    1/2 c Tomato sauce
    2 tb Wine or cider vinegar
    1 tb Lemon juice
    2 tb Chopped onion
    1 tb Chopped parsley
    1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
    *sugar or nutrasweet to
    Taste — optional

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix together all ingredients in a jar with lid, shake and serve.  Keeps
will in fridge. I like to serve this with Grape Nut Croutons. I know, I
know..it sounds gross....but tastes good. Take one cup Grape Nuts and saute
with low fat or fat free margarine substitute and season with garlic salt,
pepper and mustard about 2 or 3 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle on salad as
you would croutons.
