Chicken Macaroni Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 pk (7 oz) elbow macaroni
1 c Shredded cheese; (cheddar, Velveeta, swiss, colby, etc)
1 1/2 c Cut-up cooked chicken; (or turkey)
1 cn Sliced mushrooms; undrained
1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt
Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN METHOD: Mix all ingredients in ungreased casserole dish. Cover and
cook in 350 degree oven till macaroni is tender, about 55-60 minutes.
RANGE-TOP METHOD: Mix all ingredients in large skillet. Heat to boiling,
stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring
occasionally, until macaroni is tender, about 15 minutes.
