INGREDIENTS

1 lb Hamburger
1 cn Refried beans
1 pk Taco mix
4 Avocadoes
Salt; pepper, garlic, (to taste)
1 sm Tub sour cream
1/2 c Picante sauce; (to taste)
2 c Grated cheddar; (or similar) cheese
2 sm Tomatoes; chopped
2 Stalks green onion; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

(served with fritos or tortilla chips)
cook hamburger and drain. Follow directions on taco mix to make taco meat.
(Add mix, water ,and cook about 10 minutes). Add can of refried beans and
mix thoroughly. Spread in bottom of 9x13 dish. Smash avacadoes and add
salt, pepper and garlic to taste. (I have used both fresh or garlic
powder). spread over meat/bean mixture. Mix sour cream with picante sauce.
Spread over avocadoes. (Cover completely, the sour cream is to protect the
avacadoes from turning brown). Sprinkle cheese over sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle tomatoes and green onions over cheese. (Alot of people like olives
on top also but I personally leave them off so I don't know how much you
would put on.)
I have cut this recipe in half easily and put it into a 8x8 dish.
