INSTRUCTIONS

1 tb -
1.  COMBINE SOUP, GARLIC, ONION POWDER, PEPPER, RELISH AND WINE VINEGAR;
BLEND WELL.
2.  COVER; REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERVE.  STIR WELL BEFORE USING.
