Cheddar cheese; shredded |
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown hamburger meat. Add next 4 ingredients lower heat and steam until
vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Cook noodles and add to hamburger.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Turn into a greased
3 qt casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 250 for one hour.

NOTES : This is a large casserole. I usually put 1/2 in one dish and
freeze
the other half.
