INSTRUCTIONS
these are recipes from a cookbook that I helped compile with my church
group while stationed in Hahn Germany about 14 years ago...I have tried the

Combine uncooked beef, beans, oregano, cumin and garlic powder. Place four
noodles in bottom of 13x9x2 baking pan. spread 1/2 the beef mixture over
the noodles then top with four more noodles continue this until last 4
noodles are on top. combine the water and picante sauce and pour over the
noodle mixture; cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2
hours or until noodles are tender. combine sour cream, onions and olives;
spoon mixture over the casserole; top with cheese and bake uncovered unti
the cheese is melted about 5 minutes...great recipe
