INGREDIENTS

1 c (250 ml) cider vinegar
1/4 c (50 cml) sugar
1/2 c (125 ml) finely chopped mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and
cool. Serve with lamb chops and roast lamb.
I haven't tried the next recipe as my husband won't eat cold soups but most
of the recipes I've gotten out of this book (Summer Delights) have been
good. Makes 1 cup.
