INSTRUCTIONS
Cook noodles. Mix sour cream, 1/4 c. parmesan, chives, salt, pepper and
garlic. Stir butter into hot noodles; stir in sour cream mixture. Arrange
on warm platter and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
