INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients with mixer EXCEPT CHOCOLATE CHIPS. Pour in 13x9 pan
sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top & place in a heated (350
degree) oven which has been TURNED OFF. Let chips melt and then spread
evenly. Chill & then slice in squares. DO NOT BAKE.
