INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Round Steak
1 md Chopped Onion
2 tb Oil
1 pk Brown Gravy Mix
1 1/4 c Water
1 tb Soy Sauce
2 lg Green Bell Pepper
1 lg Tomato

INSTRUCTIONS

Thinly slice steak. Brown with onion. Stir in brown gravy mix, water and
soy sauce. Cover and simmer until tender. Add green peppers, cut in thin
strips, and one large tomato, cut in wedges. Simmer 10 minutes or until
green pepper is tender. Serve over rice.
