My great Aunt used to make these and they were terriffic. She also used
mashed potatoes mixed with cheese for filling. But she always fried them
after boiling. And serve them with a dollop of sour cream. Does anyone know
where to get dry cottage cheese??? I would like to try these this way but
have no idea where to get the dry cottage cheese.
