INGREDIENTS

3 c Flour
3 tb Salad oil
1 Egg
1 tb Salt
1 pk Dry yeast
1 c Lukewarm water
1 lb Plum tomatoes, crushed
1 Garlic clove
3 tb Salad oil
1 ts Oregano
1 c Parmesan
4 oz Mozzarella, shredded
1 ts Oregano
Olive oil
1/2 c Parmesan
4 oz Mozzarella. shredded
1/2 lb Sausage, cooked, crumbled
1 ts Oregano
Olive oil
1/2 c Parmesan
4 oz Mozzarella, shredded
1 ts Oregano
10 Anchovies
1/2 c Black olives, pitted, sliced
Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

DOUGH
SAUCE
TOPPING: CHEESE
TOPPING: SAUSAGE
TOPPING: ANCHOVY
DOUGH Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Place flour on board and make a
well. Add ingredients to flour and mix well with fingers. Knead thoroughly
to form a smooth ball of dough. Rub dough with oil, place in a bowl and
cover. Set in a warm place until dough has doubled in bulk. Roll out dough
to fit a baking sheet.
SAUCE Brown garlic and oil, remove garlic. Add plum tomatoes and simmer
25-30 minutes.
PREPARE PIZZA Cover dough with 2 c of tomato sauce and your choice of
topping as follows:
TOPPING: CHEESE Sprinkle 1 c grated Parmesan cheese, 4 oz mozzarella and 1
t oregano over top. Drizzle with olive oil.
TOPPING: SAUSAGE Spread 1/2 lb cooked and crumbled sausage, 1/2 c of grated
Parmesan cheese, 4 oz mozzarella and 1 t oregano over top. Drizzle with
olive oil.
TOPPING: ANCHOVY Cut 10 anchovies into small pieces. Place on prepared
dough. Sprinkle with 1/2 c of grated Parmesan cheese, 4 oz mozzarella, 1 t
oregano, and 1/2 c pitted sliced black olives. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until dough is golden brown. Serve
immediately.
