Aioli with Garlic And Coriander

INGREDIENTS

150	ml	Reduced calorie mayonnaise; (5oz)
1		Clove garlic; crushed
1		15 grams pac coriander; chopped
1/2	ts	Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Serve with crispy breaded prawns, hot finger food or crudite.
