Apricot Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 Whole raw chicken; cut into 6 pieces
; or 8 drumsticks
1 pk French Onion soup mix
4 tb Apricot jam
100 ml Thousand Island dressing
1 c Apricot nectar; (juice)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ask the chicken shop to cut up the chicken for you.
2. Preheat the oven to 180c.
3. Wash and dry the chicken and put it in a big baking dish.
4. In a jug, mix together the onion soup mix, jam, dressing and
nectar.
5. Pour this dressing over the chicken and cover the baking dish with
foil.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
7. Remove the foil then bake for another 30 minutes.
