INSTRUCTIONS
1 Heat a medium pan a third full of sunflower oil then break the
broccoli into florets.
2 To make the batter: Whisk together the eggs, flour, milk and
seasoning until smooth. Dip the florets in the batter and fry until
golden.
3 For the dip: Pour the yoghurt into a bowl and stir through the mint.
