INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, mash the tofu, miso, tahini and lemon juice together
with a fork until thoroughly mixed. Lightly chop sprouts, then fold
into tofu mixture. Spread thickly on toast. Top with extra broccoli
sprouts. Keep refrigerated in a covered jar.
