INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 375 F.
3. Fry the tortillas in batches until golden brown, drain on paper
towels, and immediately sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
