1 bn Parsley; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
3 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the carrots, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add
salt and pepper to taste.
