Chicken And Baby Corn Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

1 360 gram lon grain rice; (or use noodles)
1 tb Sunflower oil
1 Chicken breast; cut into dice
180 g Broccoli florets
2 Carrots; cut into small
; sticks
180 g Frozen whole green beans
1 425 g can baby sweetcorn; drained and cut in
; half lengthways
100 g Beansprouts
Black pepper
3 tb Honey
Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
1 tb Sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the rice in plenty of boiling, salted water until just tender.
In a wok, heat the oil and stir fry the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add the broccoli and carrots and continue to stir fry for a
further minute.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 2 minutes, until
the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the rice, season and serve at
once.
