INGREDIENTS

2 c Cut up chicken or turkey
2 c Finely chopped celery
1/2 c Broken walnuts
1/2 c Chopped stuffed olives
1 tb Minced onion
2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Crushed crackers or potato chips
1/2 c Grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

TOPPING
Mix all together in a greased baking dish. Cover with topping.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or till brown.
This is a fine way to use up turkey or chicken. A really hot salad.
Serve with a baked potato and a small salad or vegetable -- you have a
second meal from leftovers.
