Eggs, Dairy, Grains Tamara1 1 servings

INGREDIENTS

125 g Soft butter
200 g Soft brown sugar
2 lg Eggs
300 g Self raising flour
1 c Milk or dark choc bits
1/2 c Tasted peanuts; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat together until

2. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing the egg in very well before
you add the next one.
3. When both the eggs are mixed in, add the flour, choc bits and
peanuts. Stir very well until all the flour has disappeared (you may
need some grown up muscle here).
4. Scoop the cookie dough into walnut sized balls and place on a
non-stick oven tray, lined with glad bake. Make sure you place the
dough balls at least 15cm. apart.
5. With a fork, gently squash down the cookie dough a bit, then bake
at 190c. for 15-20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

A Message from our Provider:

“A cheerful spirit is one of the most valuable gifts ever bestowed upon humanity by a kind Creator. It is the sweetest and most fragrant flower of the Spirit, that constantly sends out its beauty and fragrance, and blesses everything within its reach. It will sustain the soul in the darkest and most dreary places of this world. It will hold in check the demons of despair, and stifle the power of discouragement and hopelessness. It is the brightest star that ever cast its radiance over the darkened soul, and one that seldom sets in the gloom of morbid fancies and forboding imaginations.”
