Jesus didn’t do it all. Jesus didn’t meet every need. He left people waiting in line to be healed. He left one town to preach to another. He hid away to pray. He got tired. He never interacted with the vast majority of people on the planet. He spent thirty years in training and only three years in ministry. He did not try to do it all. And yet, He did everything God asked Him to do.

“Christ died for all, therefore all died”…is so because Christ was the representative of all when He died. The death that He died on the cross was in itself the death of all. Since Christ was the representative of all, therefore all may have been said to have died there on the cross outside the walls of Jerusalem when Christ died.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 c Butter; softened
    1 c Sugar
    2 c Flour
    1/2 ts Vanilla
    1 ts Salt
    1 c Chocolate chips

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cream together butter and sugar. Blend in flour, salt, and vanilla.
Stir in chocolate chips. Press into a greased 9x13 pan, to about 1/4"
thickness. Bake for 20 minutes.
