INSTRUCTIONS
Place the chorizo in a small heavy-based pan and cover with the cider.
Bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 35 minutes,
adding more cider if needed. Place a piece of chorizo on top of each
slice of bread and spear the slices with cocktail sticks.
