INGREDIENTS

1 lg Grapefruit
2 lg Oranges
2 md Tomatoes
2 tb Lime juice
2 tb Orange juice
1/4 c Fresh cilantro chopped
1 ts Sugar
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut peel and all white membrane from oranges and grapefruit; lift out
sections.
Coarsely chop fruit. Also peel and chop tomatoes.
In a bowl combine fruit and tomatoes with juices, cilantro and sugar.
Season to taste with salt. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate until
next day. Makes 3 cups.
Serving Ideas: Serve with grilled fish along with jalapeno mayonnaise.
