    INGREDIENTS

    1 Stick unsalted butter; softened
    2 tb Strawberry jam; up to 3

    INSTRUCTIONS

    In a bowl or mini food processor, combine butter and jam until
smooth. Do not over process or butter can separate. Allow to stand at
room temperature for 30 minutes.
Yield: 1/2 cup
