1 ds White wine
2 fl Double cream
2 Spring onion tops; finely chopped
1 tb Chopped fresh dill
1 sl White bread; toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Melt the butter in a medium frying pan. Add the mushrooms and cook for
2-3 minutes.
2 Pour over the white wine and allow to reduce slightly. Add the cream,
spring onions and dill. Serve on the hot toast.
