INGREDIENTS

1		100 gram bar Cadbury's Bournville chocolate
1		175 gram can evaporated milk; (6 oz)
1	tb	Golden syrup or maple syrup
3	ts	Vanilla essence

INSTRUCTIONS

Break up the chocolate and place it with the other ingredients in a bowl,
measuring the syrup accurately. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes then whisk
well. Return to the microwave for a further minute.
To reheat: microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes then whisk.
