INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the spinach and drain. Season and shape into a nest. Put a poached egg
in the middle, covered in cheese sauce.
Toasted crumbs on croutons on top and serve with crusty bread and this meal
should be proceeded by a bowl of coleslaw.
