INGREDIENTS

1 c Water
1/4 c Fresh parsley; minced
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt; optional
2 pt Fresh brussels sprouts halved
OR 2 pkg 10 oz frozen; thawed
8 oz Water chestnuts; drained, diced
1 tb Butter or margarine

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, parsley, sugar and salt to a
boil. Add brussels sprouts. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until
tender; drain. Add water chestnuts and butter; heat through.
