Frozen green beans or spinach; slightly thawed |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a large pan. Cook the onion and garlic for 1 minute.
Add the Balti sauce. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes, add the fish and
seasoning. Cover and cook gently for 15 minutes.
Lightly stir in the tomatoes and green beans or spinach. Simmer for 2-3
minutes.
Serve with naan bread or Basmati rice.
