INGREDIENTS

8 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; cooked and cubed
2 c Red seedless grapes; halved
2 c Salted cashew halves
2 Celery ribs; sliced
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Sour cream
1 tb Tarragon
Lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside. In a small
bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and tarragon; mix well. Pour over
chicken mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve in a lettuce lined bowl.
