INSTRUCTIONS
Cook garlic in butter and oil in small skillet over medium-low heat until
golden and caramelized, about 30 minutes.
Heat remaining ingredients to boiling in medium saucepan; reduce heat and
simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Stir in garlic; simmer 5 minutes. Yield: 3
