INGREDIENTS
1 |
|
Frozen fish loaf; (I buy whatever's on sale) |
3 |
tb |
Sugar |
|
|
A few baby carrots or 1 large sliced carrot |
1 |
|
Onion; cut into slices |
|
|
Water; about 3/4 up the sides of the pan |
INSTRUCTIONS
Take the wrapping off the fish. Place the fish into a 9" pan (or whatever
the loaf fits into, this is not an exact science!) into which the other
ingredients have been added. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350.
As you can see, I like easy recipes the require as little cleanup as
possible. This falls into that category. We found that this tastes as good
as the fish cooked in a pot without the mess.
