INSTRUCTIONS
Crumble together flour, shortening, sugar and salt into pea-sized crumbs.
Mix vinegar, egg and water. Add to flour mixture a little at a time until
all mixed. Let set for 15 minutes then divide into 4 crusts and roll out.
Freezing instructions: Before rolling out put into small freezer bags and
freeze. To use, thaw to room temperature and roll out.
